Competition

• Compete weekly on a team of 5 runners, against other teams throughout the league.
• Trash-talk your opponents and encourage your teammates using private In-Match chat boxes.
• Scope out your opponents using the World Running League profile system.
• If you wish, have your current match results texted or emailed to you during the day, so that you are always aware of your team's standings.

Leaderboard

• View your position on the Individual Leaderboard often to see your ranking in the World Running League live.
• Make sure that your team stays in one of the top 8 positions on the Team Leaderboard, to ensure a playoff berth.
